It’s May everyone! Well more like it’s almost June but close enough. I am happy to showcase my new paintings and a sketch to my site (these have been posted on my Facebook page, however there is some more details on their creations below π ). I hope you enjoy these ones.

I wanted to practice drawing some skulls the other day and poof! Here is the result. I wanted the rose to be going through the top of the skull too but I am still practicing when it comes to drawing flowers.

This one makes my lips purse! My paternal grandmother used to eat these fruits like oranges. Just peel them up and away you go. I like to suck whatever juice is left out of them when my Dad is done using them to make dinner. They always make me feel happy!

If there is one thing I love, it’s celebrating the culture I am apart of. We’re all a little under that umbrella of LGBTQ but sometimes it takes us a little bit longer to realize it. June is the month though my peoples. It’s time to come on out and be ourselves!

My own little campfire in the corner of my room. Don’t worry though, nothing will catch flame with this tame fire. I always loved the look of fire, as if it was a piece of natural art no one seems to give the earth credit for… then again it would be nice if the forests and buildings weren’t aflame π¦

These are probably my best trees yet! After taking a drive in the country, I found some inspiration in a small town. There were picturesque views to the tops of the mountains that just made everything seem so happy. I made sure to come home right away and capture that view on canvas. I may have added in the little childhood touches but hey what can I say?

I have always been fascinated with dream catchers. I used to make them when I was younger. But seeing as it had been awhile since I had actually made one, I figure that a painting was good enough to represent my love for them. Making wishes on them was always the fun part and now I can do it whenever I want!

I am still working on hair but at least you can tell that’s what it is! I love the idea of Alice in Wonderland and the whole story line behind it. If you looked into last months painting you would have noticed my pretty Cheshire cat π fun fact though: I have never seen the Disney version :0
Love it. Thanks for sharing.
